Three Hearts Club: Botanical Watercolor Workshop in collaboration with Plum Studios
Paint a beautiful botanical floral still life in this hands-on immersive watercolor workshop. In collaboration with Plum Studios, we’ll be painting outdoors in the Plum Studios sculpture garden, where you’ll have the opportunity to paint a vibrant floral still life designed by Plum Studios.
Under the guidance of Juan Oliveros, you'll learn techniques for capturing the delicate details and colors of flowers, leaves, and stems in watercolor. Whether you're a beginner or have some experience, this workshop offers a relaxed, inspiring space to connect with nature and enhance your painting skills. Bring your curiosity, and let the garden inspire your art!
About Three Hearts Club: A series of hands-on workshops designed to inspire creativity and connect queer artists of all levels! Led by Juan Oliveros, these sessions will guide you through the exciting worlds of printmaking, illustration, and watercolor. Whether you're a complete beginner or an experienced artist, you'll find a welcoming space to explore new techniques, enhance your skills, and share ideas with a supportive community. Plum Studios is an LGBTQIA+ owned and operated eco-friendly flower shop located in Downtown Phoenix, AZ. As a floral and event studio, they collaborate closely with clients to develop concepts and designs that are meaningful and specific to their events. What to Bring:
Drawing materials, water color paper, watercolor paint and palette. **Limited community supplies will be available. Watercolor paint kits will be available for purchase at check-in.
